New Member-Long Form

All Catholic adults, 18 years or older, who regularly participate in the liturgy are asked to register in the parish. Registration is required for sacramental preparation (Baptism, First Communion, Reconciliation, Confirmation and Marriage) and is also required for enrollment in our Christian Formation Program.

Who should Register?

We are glad that you are interested in joining our parish. We invite everyone to fully participate in our spiritual and social life. We look forward to and encourage your involvement in our active, growing community. To become a member simply fill out a Parish Registration form found in the foyer of the Church and drop it in the collection basket at Mass or return it to the parish office. Or, you may click on the link to the right, print and complete the form, and mail it to the parish office. You can also register by calling the parish office at (414) 383-3565 at any time or stop by during office hours.

Becoming Catholic

If you are an adult who is not yet a baptized Christian, or if you have been baptized as a Christian but are not yet fully initiated into the Catholic Church, and you want to learn more about the Catholic faith and enter into full communion with the Church, then the RCIA, the “Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults” is designed just for you.
